'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'The ground/beach were well kept, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was really good and the drinks were flowing. Things that stood out to me: 1. My luggage was left behind by the airline. At the front desk, the staff called the airlines and followed up until my bag came in and delivered it straight to my room. They helped me track the bag so i knew where it was all the time. 2. By the 3rd day, the staff knew our preferred drink at the restaurant and would have it...

'Enjoyed every second of my trip! I will return! Special shout outs to Ms Pam at the Boutique, she’s the sweetest ever! Dj Fenton kept the party going as well as helped with the water sports. Mervin served the best drinks at sea grapes and Amaya was the best server. Ms Odessa in the main dining hall was sweet & knowledgeable. Would recommend to family and friends.'
