'Clean room and courteous staff'

'Perfect place to unwind and recharge. The food and drinks were superb, and the staff were friendly. We had a wonderful couples massage. The entertainment was low-key and quaint. We highly recommend getting a bungalow with a plunge pool since the beach cabanas are in the sun by mid-afternoon.'

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'Superbe vue sur English Harbour! À proximité de plusieurs activités à faire, près des restaurants à pied 5-10 minutes de marche et de Nelson Dockyard. Plage Pigeon Point à 20 minutes de marche. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont attentionnés et le déjeuner est très bien. Taxi disponible sur les lieux avec Edgard. La piscine est bien toutefois, il n’y a aucun parasol. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et le petit cottage était parfait pour nous.'

'Had to change rooms which took 2 days to arrange as the first room I would rate as 1* with very outdated amenities and bathroom not fit for use. Changed room was slightly better, but wouldn’t return to this resort.'

'The entire staff is just rude, no smiles, seem miserable and not welcoming at all! Minus a couple men at the resort who were all smiles. The place was decent, food ok, but staff ruined the experience for us. I mean getting a drink the bar was a hassle most of the time.'
