'We stayed in a very clean and quaint one bedroom, #12 which is upstairs. Met a few others there who were very nice. Two bottles of cold water, one of wine with flowers to greet us. All you would need to prepare heated meals, very nice refrigerator and everything any hotel provides, all done very nicely. Security is provided with fence and electronic gate opener. Finding Neem was just a tad difficult but once on the dirt road off main it was marked with signs. The location was on a hillside and...

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Our stay at the conch Beach cabin was absolutely perfect. Breakfast was served in the morning and was fresh and hot. Our service was impeccable down to the bartenders and cleaning staff. We were greeted with friendly staff from the moment we arrived. Every morning we were greeted with a good morning. How was your evening? I can’t say enough about this place.'

'Absolutely loved this place. Not only is it very picturesque but it's got that old English charm and is steeped in history with a museum and walking trail to the Fort Berkeley, giving lovely views of the Ocean. I loved being able to take the boat across to the infinity pool which was divine and to Galleon beach. One can also take Kayaks out for a trip around the harbor. '

'We stayed at Trade Winds for 11 days at the beginning of January 2026 and had a wonderful experience, largely due to the outstanding staff.
