'We loved the lush and beautiful surroundings. The staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. The view from the room was amazing. We loved the private plunge pool. Meal selections were delicious. Only complaint is that we found many little gnat-like bugs all over our bedding and our room on a few days, after the rain.'

My luggage was left behind by the airline. At the front desk, the staff called the airlines and followed up until my bag came in and delivered it straight to my room.
