'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Sometimes it’s nicer to find hotels that aren’t part of massive companies. A sweeter stay — welcoming and warm (thank you, Lissette, Mellisa, and the other really lovely girls on the front desk). 'I stayed at the Moxy because of its central location between Falmouth Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard. The hotel manager makes you feel at home. I stayed in a room for two persons which is quite luxury. The one person rooms are a bit more basic but have everything you need. I enjoyed my stay over here and it felt like home for a week.'

'This was a lovely stay! We chose it for the price & location being right in the middle of the island and only about 20 minutes in any direction to any of the harbors, etc. They are very kind, very clean & it's peaceful in the 'country' there. The bed was comfy but both of our backs hurt after staying in it for a couple nights, so that's why I rated comfort a 4/5 but overall I would highly recommend!'

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
