'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'I arrived just prior to front desk closing and check in was very straightforward, paying the US$8.10 per day Visitor Tax. I had a studio-type room suitable for a couple, complete with light-housekeeping facilities; bar fridge, cooktop and microwave. The place is very quiet and the garden units all have covered, front porch with a beautiful garden view and hummingbirds in the flowers all day long. Only noise at night are the whistling frogs. 'A fantastic guesthouse. In a beautiful, quiet location. The room was really spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Rose the host was lovely and knew all the places to visit and organised taxi drivers etc. Nothing was too much trouble. I travelled on my own and it felt safe.'

'The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access '
