Vind je ideale hotel in Freemans Village

'location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. Scenery was beautiful, management was responsive and helpful. Parking is also scarce. I would book again as a 5:6:7th option for...

'Off the charts! Beachfront bungalows were amazing ...but the staff was better!'

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'Hotel is not update, beach is nice though '

'Good in many respects but our timing was bad. Apparently spring is the time when sargassum weeds move in. The beach at the property (and anywhere on the north and east side of whole island was unusable). They clean things up but it takes a few days and we never even got to walk on the beach. Housekeeping could be more prompt (they tried to make it up after I complained). Property in general was good but for the price paid I am not sure it is best value.'

'Very in need of upgrades, even if just cosmetic: the exterior is beat up (leaking pipes, opened electricity panels on grounds, some outside showers in need of repair near pools, pools need to be maintened (patches) uneven pathways need to be repaved, rooms in need of a fresh up: change patio doors and furniture, repair screens for windows. Hardworking personel...a bit tired but smily. Thank you for offering some of the local food...refreshing. Local artists for entertainement is a nice touch...'

'Great resort for our older family. Very quiet, but with everything you need. Pool areas were great, but having access to Prickly Pear island really made this place standout. We did some off resort adventures, but our best days were on Prickly Pear and hanging by the pool. We had a 4 bedroom unit and it was perfect. Would stay here again if coming to Antigua. '
