'I had a very good experience with this location. The living room and the bedrooms have air conditioners as well as TV in each room. The kitchen is small and I was able to use for what I needed such as small meals or reheat food. It was overall clean, illumintaed and the swimming pool accross the street was great. When I had questions, the host responded promptly. I would consider staying here again if I return to El Salvador.'

'The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience.
