'me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night to go to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary that’s quite close. we self checked in at 7pm. room was tidy and clean with awesome AC. 'Spotles and modern accommodation. Also the management is very friendly and helpful. Location is also great when you want to continue to make use of the connecting boats in the harbor. To our surprise the Manager arraigned a free taxi to take us to the harbor. It as a short distance, but nevertheless much appreciated. Do not hesitate to book Moonlight cottage. 'We stayed here nearly 2 weeks. Place was very nice. Quality-price ratio was very good for family of five. Kids loved the pool and we parents also. 'I have been trying to get a refund since January 31, 2021. When I booked my room it said free cancelation, I tried to cancel and the hotel kept all my money.
