'We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was wonderful. I cannot think of 1 negative, the staff is great, everything is possible. The villa is so nice, you have an in- and outside bathroom and a garden with a pool. We stayed at the villa with 3 persons and it was big enough for it. The gym is nice, but a bit warm for me. "The hotel facilities at the pool are really dirty. Also, the pick-up didn’t work well. We had to wait long several times to get from our hotel room to the lobby (40 min waiting). Last but not least, they forgot putting in towels several times in our room so after our shower we realized we couldn’t dry ourselves… this is one of the many mistakes we encountered during our trip. For a 5 star hotel, we expect more. Nevertheless the environment is beautiful, it has the capacities to fullfill a 5 star hotel if there wouldn’t be so many mistakes. "
