'Lovely warm Welcome by the Owner Glynis. My Unit was spacious, bright cosy and spotlessly clean with everything I could possibly need being available. The Bed was Large and very comfortable. Excellent quality & generous amount/ sized Amenities. This Motel is Excellent value for money! I highly recommended it if your looking for a comfortable, clean and pleasant stay in Te Aroha. 😊'

'Our Apartment was nice, sea view and in a great location, quiet room... only thing that let it down was the showers...moldy, glass door was super stained, was pretty gross actually...needs some bleach or re grouted and some shower witch ( wet and forget), otherwise nice play to stay'

'Great stay, everything you need in a quite convenient location for a a good price. Loved that it’s pet friendly, with close parks for walkies with your dog'

'The bed could have been better'

'We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom motel units for quick school holiday getaway. The room was very comfortable and clean. Kids loved the playground. We loved the hot tub. The kitchen is well-equipped but the pot and the pan were not in the best condition. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will consider staying again in the future.'

'Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great central spot, and our room was clean and well-maintained.'

'Lovely Friendly host'

'Very clean. Nice staff. Needs air con, only had a fan. They also have a no alcohol policy that is not advertised anywhere.'
