'Fantastic location right in the heart of Ho Tram. The beach is beautiful and exceptionally clean, which was a big plus. We were upgraded to a beachfront villa, spacious and just steps from the main pool and restaurant. Breakfast offered plenty of variety, and the staff were super attentive throughout our stay. 'My best friend and I came here to stay for 2 days, they never cleaned the room, when we went to the bathroom there were still used condoms that hadn't been thrown away. When we announced check-out, they asked us to pay because we hadn't paid in full. After I opened the app to show them, they apologized. The trip back to my hometown with my best friend was terrible because I chose the wrong motel.'

'There was a mixup with multiple online bookings but the hotel accommodated us and gave us an upgrade for the inconvenience. The rooms were large, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and fantastic views. The beach was spectacular, and the outdoor swimming pool very large and clean. The only negative about the stay was the buffet breakfast which didn’t meet the other standards of the hotel. Very limited Western food but a great selection of Asian food for the buffet. '
