'Great stay! Grabbed this charming apartment for a birthday getaway weekend for my wife. Right in the heart of Apalachicola near all the major restaurants and shops. When we arrived, we found a clean, 3-room apartment with Keurig machine, microwave, and small fridge already there. Apartment was very comfortable and cool with mini-split air conditioning in each room. Bathrooms were very clean. Ron, the host, was great! Very responsive and communicative, I asked for a special request to have wine...
