The room was clean and location was great, the food was alright but either side are exceptional restaurants. The let down was the staff i emailed to organise a shuttle before i arrived and never got a response, asked for a map and they when asking about tours got blank looks so went to the information center and organised them myself and transfer when i left myself. The worst was receiving a 4.30am wake up call which i never asked for and then on check out didnt even get an apology for waking me in the middle of the night.

Hotel Elisa was a great find. Whilst not 5 star, it is perfectly fine for a stay in Apia. The rooms were large and spotless, the bar was nice and food was tasty. The service is to be commended with reception staff in particular being extremely with several queries and bookings.

Convenience near the heart of Apia
We chose this hotel for a convenient overnight stay prior to a 6am flight. The area was convenient and the on-site restaurant was satisfactory. There were also an other couple of restaurant options within about 250m. Room was spacious and basic. Bathroom was adequate.

Poor security, no private car parking, someone stole all 4 wheel caps of my rental car, I paid extra money for that, Also my booking already paid by credit card, I did change the room when I arrived, because the condition of the room, I thought will be refunded or deducted from my new bill, $200 something a night, but no water or milk

Some rude staff members. Room was budget, ripped floor mats and no house keeping for our room/section. Treat everyone and everywhere in ya hotel facility the same; regardless of rooms bought. Bad experience. Ain't going back.

Cheap rooms at this hotel are substandard .
The rooms were sub standard to the average tourist. Bed was ok but everything else left a lot to be desired. The hotel was half full but when inquiring about an upgrade, they offered a price (Nearly 4 times what I had already paid) which was above the internet rate. They could have offered a deal and doubled their take for a room rate plus earning some goodwill. I stayed in the room I had paid for. Food was mediocre and overpriced because you could walk next door to the Amanaki for better foods and beer at better pricing.

Budget part is behind main building. Nice surprise for arrivals. Anyway in overal good. AC rooms with inside windows, rooms with fan are good value for money and most of them has windows facing outside or pool area.

One night stay in one of the cheapest rooms. The reception and 1st floor looked really promising but then we got out to the cheap rooms. The bathrooms were small and dark and the kitchen smelt bad. Our beds were made neatly, but is was the giant corchroach on the wall that made us not stay one more night!

The hotel was the cheapest available so we did not expect much but I would also never recommend this to anyone. The facilities are dirty and basic, I would suggest paying a little (20-40 tala) more to get a place you may want to actually stay for breakfast for!

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel we stay in a cheaper room, but was nice and expected for the price we pay anyway. But we pretty happy and enjoyed our stay. The staff were awesome, very nice and friendly people. Close to town and everything anyway. So I will recommend to anyone and will tell our friends about it.

C/I時、フロントのスタッフはコンピュータに情報が入っておらず、私が持参のバウチャーをコピーしていた。(オリジナルを返してもらってなく、翌日返してもらった)。部屋は2階だがエレベータは無く、スーツケースは自分で階段を運び上げるしかない。 バスタブはなし。 翌日街を散策するのにマップを貰おうとして、昨日で品切れと言われた。 昼頃1度帰ったがベッドメイキングがされておらず、日曜日なのでやらないとのことだった。C/Oの時スタッフ(C/Iとは別人)から宿泊料の支払いを請求され、既に日本でクレジットカードで払っていること説明したが、これでは2重払いを強いられてしまう。全くスタッフ間のデータ共有が為されていない。

Excellent location in town overlooking the park and ocean. Closer to market, restaurant, shops, banks, clubs, bars, beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Back section where we were is basic and affordable. Shared bathroom and kitchen area needs an upgrade. New shower curtains, and vinyl maybe? Beds need new sheets and pillows. Be sure to double check your booking and room readiness before arrival. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 10pm.

Cheap & clean, but very unorganized staff
The rooms were very comfortable and clean (and cool), but the front desk staff was terrible. They gave away our confirmed and prepaid room, and we had to wait 2 hours for them to get another room ready. They kept trying to charge us more for our prepaid room, even after we had left. The room itself was really comfortable and clean, but the front desk staff was such a nightmare I don't know if I'd stay there again or not.

Cheap sleep and no fuss. The room was old, shabby and basic. Bathrooms were scary and shared down the hall. Room one was at the back in the older section and just had one ceiling fan. Overall it was just OK. There is a restaurant downstairs for dinner and breakfast with pretty good food. Hotel is within walking distance of the downtown and flea market. The sea wall is close by for watching the waves. Took at airport shuttle to the hotel for WST 50 and a taxi to the small regional airport for WST 15.
