'The stupid thing about this reservation is this: I booked accommodation with VIP amenities, but ultimately didn't get what I paid for. When I asked Expedia questions, they referred me to the operator, and when you ask the operator questions, you're referred to Expedia. Meanwhile, I didn't notice anything or get upgraded to another room, and we're already leaving. So, compensation for the VIP would be appropriate!'

'House was very clean and well equipped. The location was easy to find and great for our needs. We appreciated the large yard with great parking. We would stay there again if in the area.'
