'Great hotel location in DC for visiting many of the museums. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel and our room was very clean. Bed is fairly firm but overall comfortable. Only thing that could have made it better is if they would offer an economical breakfast option. '

'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'The Grand Hyatt is an excellent hotel with very kind, professional and attentive staff. Perfect location on walking distance to The National Mall and Metro access in immediate vicinity. Breakfast is luxurious! Nice rooms with all you need and a lot of space, exceptionally comfortable beds.'
