'We have been coming for years and always have an amazing stay. This time was excellent as usual!! The staff is amazing and super helpful. Balcony room with a pool view is always our favorite. Our room was perfect and the pool is always clean and heated. The provided towels and the pool bar are the reasons we love hanging out there. Great food and drinks!! Amazing girls working. We were there during the heat wave and spent 4 days by the pool!!!

This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'This is a Hotel from the early 20th century. It has wonderful character. It doesn't have AC but does not really need it due to being up in the mountains at about 3500 ft. a room fan and open window was more than adequate. We had small issue with a smoke detector battery getting low and the detector started chirping at 4 in the moring. They don't have over night staff so it was fixed in the morning while we were out and fixed by noon. They do have a weekend breakfast that was very good. ...
