'Great location. Plenty to do within walking distance. central location to Gatlinburg and Severville. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a riverfront room with a balcony. Great for coffee in the morning and to unwind in the evening. Only thing I missed was a place for breakfast at the resort. There is a Starbucks on property if that works for you. I have dietary remand they had nothing I could eat. Overall I loved the resort and would definitely stsy again'

'Barely any services. For coffee and breakfast uou need to go to the food court of the casino. The pool has been not in function since the hotel opened. The terraces and vommin seating areas you cannot even get a glass of water or a coffee. I booked a room to attend my Sons graduation with my famiky over 6 minths ago, i have stayed at the hotel ever since it opened viaiting my aon at university and the weekend that matter when I am here with my wise tjey put me in a terrible “wall facing” room...
