'If you like rustic, this place is for you. It's location on the banks of the Applegate River is fantastic. We also had an exceptional dinner at the on-site restaurant. the ambiance is hard to beat. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.'

'My family and I didn't even end up staying the night at the property. The bed sheets on one of the beds were stained, there was water and dirt on the floor and dresser, the bathroom had an orange stain on the ceiling, the clean towels had hair on them all of them and the sink had something inside by the drain that was green. We were traveling with our 3-month-old, and we didn't even take them out of their car seat for fear of setting them down anywhere unclean. The front desk lady was nice and...

'Rude staff at check in. Caught her in a lie. I was told I shouldn’t be booking through Expedia because they are a 3rd party vendor and requests aren’t approved. Unwilling to help me with noted medical condition. Room smelled unpleasant. Bugs in the bathroom. Wasn’t the best stay although I have been there dozens of times with no issues.'

'They let homeless sleep in cars and when we told them and they didn’t care! Told me she had been here for a long time they let her come get breakfast in all! They are by a veterans park and lots of homeless hang out there also. The walls in the hallway and Elevator are dirty and pool doors were propped open didn’t make me feel comfortable. The staff wasn’t super friendly. The shower water pressure sucked also.'
