'There were bed bugs in my room. The front desk quickly moved me to another room, but a very unpleasant experience, especially for the price of the hotel. The suites need a refresh - on the shabby side and furnishings are outdated. Bed wasn't super comfortable. At check-in, I was not provided any info about the amenities on the property. The hot tub was full of bugs. The pool towels were ridiculously small and super thin. Location was great - near freeway and close to downtown Ashland. Overpriced...

'The sink arrangement outside of the bathroom is a little inconvenient. The offerings in the continental breakfast were a bit scant.'

However, the room itself was a little underwhelming due to hearing the upstairs guests all night, the bedroom window opening up to the trash bins, and the shower being extremely cold. Additionally someone woke me up at 3 am drumming on the trash bins, it made me feel unsafe.'

'This is an amazing place filled with character and lots of little items that made the stay easier. The kitchen is stocked with equipment enough to host a full Thanksgiving dinner! We only got to stay 2 nights, but it would be a great place for an extended period of time if you are exploring the area in addition to taking in the shows in Ashland.'
