'This was the cutest cottage for our first trip to Maine! We loved taking our dog for walks on the trails behind the house. There was plenty of wildlife and beauty right behind the house. This was the best place for birdwatching! We could hear the loons from our window at night, and we saw them in the lake a few times. 'Our family enjoyed staying in this cute cottage. The host was very helpful and quick to respond when we had trouble getting into the location upon arrival. We had a great time hanging out on the front porch and relaxing in the evening. 'Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. '

'This property is located in a very peaceful and serene location just outside of Searsport. It is about 10 to 15 minutes to downtown Belfast. It is pet friendly and my dog was very happy with the big back yard. The apartment had everything I needed. Two big bedrooms and one bath. Very tastefully decorated as well. 'This cottage was adorable and cozy with two bedrooms in a quiet town. We loved it so much that we will book this cottage again in the future. Bonus: there's an oyster shop called Aphrodite Oysters down the street with fresh and delicious oysters.'

The cabin has a campfire, lots of batteries for charging, lights, battery fans, etc. There were many long walking trails with fun activities; like kayaking, axe throwing, a pizza oven… Exactly what we were looking for! "Honestly, we really wanted to give a 5 star review, just because Marc was such a great host. But all in all our experience was a bit disappointing - considering what we paid. We had booked a cottage but it was actually a room in a cottage with several other rooms in it. The room itself did not offer the right value for money. It was clean and the bed was great, but everything else felt and looked tired and worn. The curtains looked like they hadn't been replaced since the 90s. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. There was a coffee maker but no condiments to go with it. Camden is a charming place to stay and the High Tide Inn is right on the ocean shore, which probably explains the rates. But if Marc wants to make this place work, he needs to do some work on the place. "
