Vakantiehuizen in Maine

'Centrally located in the Old Port, with views of the harbor, this was a last minute — therefore pricey — excellent find for a fall weekend getaway. Stylish, elegant rehab of 19th century granite industrial building. Whimsical decor notes referring to 19th century owner Evalina Fox. Nicely appointed kitchenette — though if you came to Portland for the foodie scene, you might end up just using it for breakfast, as we did. 'Such a fun experience for my family. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Because it's Maine in Sept, nights were in the high 40s, which was too cold for our infant. The staff brought us two space heaters for the night to keep us cosy. I plan to stay at another huttopia location in the future.'

'Very comfortable property but for the price we would have expected some coffee as most hotels provide that is my only complaint . Great location in town everything walkable'

'What a beautiful place to stay. Jeff and Susan made your stay a very special experience.'

'Toen ik dit huisje zag, wist ik meteen dat ik daar heen wilde. Het was precies zoals ik me had voorgesteld en zoals het beschreven stond. Klein, maar slim ingedeeld en alles voelde comfortabel en verzorgd. Schoon en de keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien. Als ik ooit weer in de buurt ben, zou ik hier zeker teruggaan!'

'This was such a wonderful place to take a long weekend getaway. We enjoyed 2 beautiful sunrises, saw and heard many critters near and far and the cabin was perfect! Highly recommend.'

'Bigger than I expected and one of the homier properties I have been to in a while. Great location to walk around town and minutes to Augusta. Will book again'

'Place was immaculate, hosts were wonderful and location was peaceful. Highly recommend'

'Clean cabin, easy access. Close to town'

'Great pre arrival comms with owner and great recommendations for dinner. The property was spotless and spacious . We used our time to find the B52 crash memorial and find the ghost trains.'

'The cottage was perfect for us as a couple. It was clean, cute, and had all the amenities we needed. The Grover family did a great job decorating the cottage and leaving helpful notes throughout the cottage. It was close to the airport and only an hour from Bar Harbor.'

'The place was a very nice place to stay'
