'Property was just as pictured, nice and clean (dropped a star on cleanliness just because a few spots could use some maintenance - paint touchups and a loose chair leg on one of the dining chairs). With this location, it was mostly a place to sleep, shower, change, and get back out to the beach/pool/trails. 'Convenient location to beach, freeway and shops.Nicely decorated multi level home, worked well for our 13, 7 and 2 years old, they found their own space to hang out. Many kitchen appliances and coffee pods were available. We cooked breakfast and dinner at home. Overall we are pleased to found this home, basic condiments were stocked!Bedrooms are on the bottom floor, felt little humid there but I believe that’s nature of being in the coastal area, we used to have home in Aptos.'

'VERY NICELY DECORATED WITH TASTEFUL FURNISHINGS. THE KITCHEN WAS VERY WELL STOCKED WITH EQUIPMENT AND SERVING PIECES.BEDROOMS AND BATHS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH LOTS OF TOWELS, AND GOOD TOWELS. VERY CLEAN AND NEAT AND EASY TO STAY IN. WIFI WAS EXCELLENT.WE WOULD RETURN AND BE BLESSED WITH A PERFECT PLACE TO BE. THE VIEW WAS LOVELY. '

'Although this property is a very small condo bedrooms right next to each other not good for couples. It’s great for families. Everything you need is there and you really are right in front of the ocean. The neighbors were friendly a few simple restaurants in walking distance and the whales were amazing. Parking can be a little rough, but I would definitely come to this property again it’s not the most inexpensive, but it’s definitely worth it.'
