'What a wonderful place for a girls weekend! We have been friends for over 40 years. The property was spotless, very comfortable, beautiful view and easy walk to beach. Would love to come back again. The drip coffee pot was not working well. The keruig was perfect. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans to make excellent meals. Joe was very responsive to questions.'

'Really loved the property and it was super clean and well appointed and lovely access to the beach. The host was very communicative and responsive as well. Found it to be a bit remote from services that we wanted to access (golf, fishing, etc), but no fault of the host in that, I think more that I failed to research the distance to Monterey and Pacific Grove.'

'Our stay was nice. The place is lovely and spacious for the two of us. It has everything we needed as far as bathrooms stocked, bedroom & kitchen furnished. 'We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was spacious, well-appointed, and very private (thanks to its location in the last building in the development, which meant looking out only at the dunes & not other buildings). The kitchen had every pot and pan we needed, the pantry was nicely stocked, and the beds were supremely comfortable. 'The views were absolutely as advertised. Very nice place in a quiet complex. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with a short walk down to the beach. 'Booking and checking in/out was incredibly simple, and the property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Communicating with host was very easy and she was lovely. We have stayed countless times at Seascape, but will definitely go this route again in the future as it is so much easier and we know we are getting just the right unit!'

'Our family started a new a tradition of spending time once a year at Pajaro Dunes. House 33 was a great location and there were so many things to enjoy. Our four grandkids were able to walk to the beach and it seems like they can never get enough of the ocean. It's so beautiful. The house was very nice and very clean. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, the foosball and air hockey and the Jacuzzi. I could go on and on. Just a really great place and we had a really great time.'
