'Het is een nieuw hotel, dat is te merken. De staff is nog niet volledig op elkaar ingespeeld maar dat is niet erg.
De voorzieningen zijn goed, de Spa en massages zijn voortreffelijk. Het adults only zwembad op het dak is een prachtige plek om tot rust te komen met een leuk uitzicht op de stad.
Het ontbijt is werkelijk fantastisch, uitgebreid en voor ieder wat wils. Van dim sum tot vegan, bedenk het en het kan.
Prima ligging, hierdoor zijn de taxi ritjes niet prijzig waar ze dat wel zijn...

"This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is clean and offers excellent customer service. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate us in every possible way.
Special thanks to the two doormen, Enoc and Raja, who made our stay even more enjoyable. They greeted us with a warm smile every day and took the time for a nice chat. 1 phone line was noisy, could not hear clearly
2 no bath soap for the bath, they give us shampoo for the bath.
Showergel was very thin/ watery.
3 the tile grout in the shower was not looking clean
4 long waiting for warm water in the evening.
5 Bluetooth speaker isn’t working for the bathroom speakers.
6 light dimmer was not working. We had only bright light.
