'Geboekt op basis van de positieve reviews, maar wat een teleurstelling. Absoluut niet het geld waard. Het waterpark is na één keer klaar en overal zijn extreme wachtrijen, zelfs bij het ontbijt. Asociaal gedrag van gasten (zoals structureel voordringen) werd toegestaan, wat de sfeer compleet verpestte. Het hotel is daarnaast verouderd en dringend toe aan renovatie. Geen aanrader.'

'The property double booked and left my family stranded for over an hour in the heat of Dubai. Took over an hour to contact them after the check in time and relocated my family to a 3 bedroom villa which wasn’t properly cleaned when I had a total of 9 people with me. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone.'
