'Cute house. I really liked that the driveway had a gate and nice sectioned off yard because we learned that night that we were next door to a frat house. They had a raging party behind us and started throwing trash over the fence. Then some jumped the fence and knocked on the windows at 3am. 'We enjoyed being walking distance to Magnolia Silos and in the heart of downtown Waco. Very cute place and the snacks were a hit, especially after a long day of travel. Very relaxing atmosphere and perfect for a girls getaway trip! '

'We are three ladies of a certain age on a trip to visit my son for All University Sing and to enjoy Waco. What we enjoyed most was this house! It was so perfect for each of us to have our own en-suite! The house was supplied well and provided everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the location! Close to everything we needed. 'The house was clean.The internet is terrible. It kept losing service throughout our stay. On our last day there, the lock box didn’t work. I’m not sure if it was because of the internet. We tried contacting the host by calling the two phone numbers they left in the guest book and also via the VRBO app. We did not hear from anyone for over 6 hours! We called and texted and were extremely annoyed that this was how we had to spend our last day there after only staying there for five days. I thought...
