'Our stay was magical. What an introduction to Istanbul. Natali our front desk and concierge was wonderful and so helpful with transfer, laundry services and reservations. The breakfast was fantastic and Hakan gave us the best service. The rooms and facilities our lovely and we loved it so much we booked it again for this weekend. Would totally recommend this hotel, it is so close for exploring Galata and the Bosphorus.'

'It is a very nice butique hotel just few minutes walking distance to/from GalataTower. Area full with coffee shops and small restaurants. The area was very save and vibrant all day. Hotel is really nice, clean, and well equipped. We liked it very much. We had a bigger room 26/27 m2 with a view. The room is spacious enough for 2 people. 'The service was good. The hotel is newly restaurated and clean. The receptionist was helpfull. We got a free roomupgrade. However, the premium rooms are a bit compact. Please change the laundry service. Our clothes were a bit wornoff after the laundry services. The hotel is located at a good place. One street further, there is a lot of restaurants/Bistro’s. Ten minutes walking and you are at Karaköy.'

'Unfortunately 1 star! We had a great time in Istanbul but on the last morning the staff completely ruined it, giving them only 1 star from us. We recommend arranging airport transfers in advance, not through the hotel as they drop you off! We were dropped off after already 25 minutes at the wrong airport even though we explicitly said it was an hour away (the other airport is an hour away from the hotel).
