'First time staying here, both at this condo and at this beach. No issues. Clean and convenient. We could see the ocean from the front windows. Chose this property based on proximity to the beach. Comfortable bed. Room stayed cool. Plenty of hot water. There was a dehumidifier running in the kitchen. The only downside was there was no place to hang clothes, except in the bathroom. We were only there for a long weekend, so it wasn’t an issue. I’m only mentioning it because I didn’t think about...

'We just stayed at this condo last week. It was really nice. There were 4 of us. A nice master bedroom, very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom had twin beds and they were very comfortable as well. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was great. The living room and dining area were very large and well equipped with puzzles, games, really nice tvs. It also had a great back deck with a good view of the water. It was just a short walk to the beach which was great. We would highly recommend this place...

'Excellent location. Walking distance to waterfront, all of historic New Bern and easy access to hwy to get out of New Bern to go to the beaches. It’s not a fancy spot but well appointed and very clean and wonderful. I loved the back and front entry option!'

'David was great! He was very responsive and went over and beyond to accommodate us. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect right in downtown New Bern in a revitalized safe area. It was within walking distance to Morgan's Grill and Baker's Kitchen which are two excellent restaurants. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations and the area! I highly recommend it!'
