'Great property! Very private yet close enough to town to explore anything you’d like to do in and around Pagosa Springs. House was very clean and well appointed, fenced deck was perfect for our dogs - would definitely stay here again.'

'The home is wonderfully warm and cozy with little bits of sentiment throughout. The quiet street, large deck and hammock, and music collection were truly a joy and something you may not know you need but what a unique way to create space for people to enjoy the mountains. The lack of service and internet was refreshing- the kids didn’t mind at all with the trail to put around on and a most friendly neighbor dog “Jupiter” to throw sticks to! '

'Pagosa and the cabin were just perfect. Dinners outside enjoying the sunset and hummingbirds. Very quiet and peaceful! Our family enjoyed the pool table and played mahjong on the patio! The cabin was perfect for adult children! We cooked many meals on the grill and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be back! Pagosa has so much to do from golf, to tubing down the river and many great restaurants. Thanks for a great time! '

'ADORABLE cabin with all the right touches! Comfy bed and sofa, updated bathroom, well-stocked kitchen. But who's spending time inside with such an amazing view from the deck?! One of the best around the whole lake! Trail to the shore is steep, as advertised, but worth it to take the canoe out on the lake. Our host was so accommodating, gave us a great hike recommendation and answered texts ASAP with questions about the amenities. Hate to suggest you stay here, because I want to keep it all for...

'An amazing home at the end of the street which offered a wonderful view of the river. It had the feel of being all alone in paradise. The layout of the home was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. The home was clean, my only complaint was it had several spider webs by TV and fireplace and I am terrified of spiders.'

'The deck outside was really nice and our favorite place to relax! Access to the lake was good but very steep. It was awesome to hang out there and cool off in the water. The stairs going to second are two feet wide. Very narrow. Couldn’t use the grill because of fire restrictions in the area. Owner communicated very well with us. Beds were comfortable and couch was large and comfy too :). '
