'The property and the village square was very good . When we checked in they didn’t have a room that we booked - they told my husband that we only booked one queen bed when we booked two and they gave us a suite but one of us had to sleep on the couch as we had our son with us.'

'We booked this accommodation as it was close to a venue we were attending. There was lots of on street parking. This is a gorgeous, grand old home. Note, Wilson House sits near a busy street. However, once inside, due to triple glazed windows, you will not hear the street noise at all! Also, be aware, rooms are on the 2nd-4th floor and there is no elevator. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was very good. The owners were a pleasure to talk with.'

'If I could give ZERO stars I would. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Every room reeks of cigarette smoke even though there’s signs everywhere threatening a 250$ smoke cleaning fee. Changed 2 rooms hoping to get a decent one to no avail. This is a disgusting place even for a motel. I booked based on the numerous positive reviews, THOSE LIED. However, when we returned in the evening to check in, we were informed that our room also had electrical problems—specifically, the air conditioning wasn't working, making it uncomfortable. 'The staff was very friendly, and the shuttle service went above and beyond. However, my bill had a number of charges from some other guests' TV box on it. It took several calls to get my statement corrected, and I was told the TV boxes are sometimes moved to other rooms and then not reprogrammed. CHECK your TV when you arrive. If it does not have your name on it contact the front desk immediately.'

'This was our third visit to The Ivy. We chose to celebrate our 10th anniversary there and we were not disappointed at all. The staff is always top notch from the moment you arrive. 'This Indigo is very reasonable and not far from downtown, Hopkins Hospital and more. The outstanding part of my stay was the evening staff helping me when I arrived. I left my phone by accident in my Lyft ride, and they quickly figured out how to go through the Lyft website and report its mission, with my information that Lyft has. The driver was back at the hotel with the phone in less than 15 minutes, saving me hours of frustration. Thank you, Indigo staff!'

'My first room 511 had bugs biting me but the staff was friendly and moved me to 811 which was better. They never returned my incidental fee though 😔'

'The hotel was very well maintained, friendly staff. The bed was very soft and comfortable, the pillows were soft as well. Full size shampoo, conditioner, body gel and lotion, big tv. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. Big bathroom with plenty of soft towels. The pool was heated and plenty of towels as well. Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing time, I would definitely come back to stay here.'
