The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. '

'Cleaning staff was very nice and did a great job, room temp was well controlled with the wall control. Laundry room worked well. My only complaint was on their downstairs patio people were blazing blunts all the time. I am ok with that but the amount of weed on the patio was amazing. You couldn’t go outside without being blasted with it'

'The 6th floor reeked of stale ash trays, and my “nonsmoking” room still smelled and had cigarette burns in the headboard. No stopper in the sink. The crappy coffeemaker wouldn’t turn on but leaked water. The replacement managed only 1/2 cup and would not empty the reservoir. When I asked where the “included” breakfast was served I was ushered to a table with a thermos of warm coffee and Hostess snack cakes. 'The room was fairly clean. Stairways reaked of marijuana, puke outside the entrance, entrance way needed to be vacuumed, pooped all over the grass from the dogs. Unfortunately, they don’t provide coffee in the rooms or hair dryers. Again, the room was clean and the hallway was quiet. '
