'I had a great stay overall. The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout my visit. One thing to note is that there was no breakfast available, despite the website suggesting otherwise. It may be helpful for the hotel to update that information. They did, however, offer complimentary coffee and tea on-site at any time, which was a nice touch. The location was excellent—super close to downtown, and everywhere I wanted to go was less than a...

And 3) no housekeeping for rooms until the 3rd day of the stay. That latter deficiency wasn’t apparent until we found late at night that our room had not been cleaned. There was no notice in the room nor mention of that degraded service when we checked in.'

I know we all have bad days, but I’m sure you have a set protocol for check in conversation.
