And 3) no housekeeping for rooms until the 3rd day of the stay. That latter deficiency wasn’t apparent until we found late at night that our room had not been cleaned. There was no notice in the room nor mention of that degraded service when we checked in.'

I know we all have bad days, but I’m sure you have a set protocol for check in conversation. Not that I won’t be back, convenient for airport, but it would be nice that someone appreciates my business.'
