Superb location next to UC Davis campus, right in the downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants.. and this is my favorite place to stay while visit my student there without renting a car because everything is within walking distance.'

Also, we reserved a room for a different date but plans changed and they were again very understandable of the situation and did not penalized us for not fulfilling the reservation. It had the vibe like there cameras in the outlets (I have no proof....just the vibe), smelled of weed, outside was dirty, and I didn't feel comfortable or safe (as a single female occupant) staying there. I checked out immediately and asked to cancel my reservation. Only received half of my cost and my insurance policy number didn't work since I canceled the trip. '

'We stay here every time we are in the Sacramento area. Spacious rooms with a fully stocked kitchen and fill fridge, microwave, dishawasher. Great staff. They offer a light breakfast and there are take out options nearby for dinner. Clean, safe, and convenient!'
