'Rhonda is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. Rooms are charming and thoughtful decorated in a home with a long history. Plenty of street parking near house. We spent the evening on J Street and found a wonderful coffee house nearby the next morning. Great location on the edge of downtown Sacramento and a wonderful experience.'

'Goed parkeren veel plaatsen. Goed Amerikaans ontbijt . Wel mocht er iets van bruin brood bij .Propere kamer . Jammer dat we aan de inkomdeur lagen van blok 3 ( room 129) dit gaf veel lawaai. Maar s’nachts geen probleem '

'Anna from the front desk was a total sweetheart! She checked us in early and even helped with our luggage! The hotel is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The area is nice as well, Capital Park is beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, it was not very firm and my husband moves around a lot in his sleep so I didn’t sleep very well. But we know you can’t please everyone!'

'Checked into the hotel for a three night stay upon entering the room, It was absolutely disgusting. The AC unit covers were falling apart, Carpet was dirty, room smelled bad and to top it off. There was a big giant booger on the wall next to the bed. went to talk to the Office staff and they were not helpful, told me I had to wait until the morning to talk to a manager so I left booked a different hotel room and have been fighting with them ever since to try and get my money back for the stay....

They have the cutest little dog that greets you when checking in, and the process is so smooth and seamless.
