'The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. 'Anna from the front desk was a total sweetheart! She checked us in early and even helped with our luggage! The hotel is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The area is nice as well, Capital Park is beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, it was not very firm and my husband moves around a lot in his sleep so I didn’t sleep very well. But we know you can’t please everyone!'

'Would definitely stay here again. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was accessible, unlike other hotels that don't have parking. It's in a centralized location with restaurants everywhere. Hotel was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and courteous.'

'The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. '

'There was minimal staff help, we only got keys from the staff and then no one was there. no breakfast was offered, coffee and water were available. Sterling hotel was not easily found, you have to search the wedding place which was their main purpose. I won't stay there next time.'
