'Our room was a studio with a kitchen on the 8th floor. It was well designed and decorated. The bed was comfortable as well as the sofa. Everything was clean and in working order. Our room was quiet with minimal street noise. I appreciated the convenience of parking in the garage next door with in and out privileges and not needing a valet to get the car. The area is nice as well, Capital Park is beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, it was not very firm and my husband moves around a lot in his sleep so I didn’t sleep very well. But we know you can’t please everyone!'

'The hotel and rooms are always neat and clean. Staff is amazing and treat you like royalty. The Bar has the best drinks! Great spot for a staycation or business meeting.'

'The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. '

'How lucky to stay in an 1860’s private home from the “Weinstock Department Store” family on a tree lined street near the capitol, midtown, very safe and 100% walkable. This property is also a wedding venue. Check-in was easy and there was a gal manning the front desk when we arrived at 3pm. Our room 103 was on the reception level near the front desk, snack and eating room with, tables, ice, vending machine, keruig and microwave.
