'Lovely spot, close to skiing and snowmobiling. The pool and hot tub is at the club house and cost $6 a day. It was a great and fun to have. The only negative is that i think this property would not hold more than 6 people. The bedrooms are small. Not a problem for us because our whole group did not come, but could be for other bigger groups. We also ran out of TP and paper towel and we only had 4 people. Not a complaint, just a comment! 'We needed a place to relax after a day of snowmobiling in Gaylord and this home fit the bill perfectly. Spacious and charming it was like we were time-warped back to the 50's/60's. The original cabin, along with the addition, allowed the four of us plenty of room for sleeping and lounging. It was a pleasure to meet the owner and get the history of the property. 'The location is okay but we were mostly coming to get into the water and go canoeing which we were told there were canoes and kayaks on site and a place to drop in. That is correct however they did not mention the extremely steep incline hill of mud and roots to get into and out of the water and the length of the incline which is absolutely not doable so basically the ploy to get us on site and booked dropped many stars for our family. If I were to just rate the house that was a 4.'

'Maple Ridge Cabins we will be back! The house was perfect for our large ATV group. Easy access to the trail system, the house was clean, the hosts were very informative and helpful giving us information for festivals, restaurants and things to do. We would definitely recommend staying here.'

'The house & bunkhouse were exactly what we wanted for our weekend. We did a combined bachelorette/Bachelor party weekend, so the boys stayed in the bunkhouse and the girls stayed in the house. The house has a large entertaining area that was perfect to play games and hang out all together. The patio & dock were also the perfect spot for hanging out with a beautiful view of the lake. This was the perfect little retreat location and we will definitely be back!'
