'Das Haus besteht aus 2 Etagen und liegt direkt an der Promenade (Arcadia) in einem Businesscentrum. Die untere Etage befindet sich im Suterrain. Es gibt kaum Tageslicht. Die Fenster lassen sich von „normal“ großen Menschen nicht öffnen. Zimmer sind neu aber sehr klein. Der (SMART)Fernseher hatte nur Internetzugang. 'Niets op aan te merken. In tegenstelling tot veel andere hotels in Oekraine is dit hotels op 'westers' kwaliteitsniveau. Wel wat duurder dan gemiddeld (voor lokale begrippen ronduit duur en exclusief) maar uitstekende service, perfect Engels, goede bedden, in centrum van de stad maar toch rustig. Alle (merken!)winkels, vele uitgaansgelegenheden, prima restaurants en diverse bezienswaardigheden binnen 10 tot 15 minuten beloopbaar. Aanrader!'
