Guest access
Guests will have access to two parking spots designated to the unit just outside of the alley access area (or about 100 feet from the garage/entry point to the unit). Guests will have to use a keypad to open the garage, and from the garage there are two small flights of stairs before you arrive at the unit. The only way in and out of the unit is through the garage/exterior door in the garage.

Guests will have access to the entire unit, including the patio area and secondary suite. There is a large laundry room with in-unit washer and dryer, usage of which is included in your stay.
Other things to note
The only bathroom has both a shower and bathtub that are seperate from each other in the bathroom. For those staying out in the guest suite, please note that you will have to cross the outdoor patio to the main house in order to use the bathroom. The bathroom has it's own private entrance and is not an en suite to the primary bedroom.

There are two flights of stairs that must be taken to get to the main entrance. The only way to get in and out of the unit is through the garage/exterior door in the garage. There will only be two parking spaces provided, and any other parking must be found as street parking near the unit.
