'Accueil très sympathique, chambre très confortable pour 4, fin Octobre nous étions seuls dans l'hôtel. Petit déj délicieux (confiture d'orange excellente), on s'est fait gâté, merci pour cet accueil par des hôtes aussi chaleureux. 'This is one of the best hotels I have *ever* stayed at. Beautiful rooms at a historic hotel in the middle of an olive orchard, a 15 minute drive from Monemvasia. The manager came out to meet us when we parked, knew who we were and brought us to the room prior to my coming to check in. '5 stars! The Elea Mare is a fabulous value in an authentic Greek coastal village, run by a host (Greg) who personifies customer care. We can’t praise him enough for the warmth of his interactions with us! As an example, our young-adult daughter became mildly sick during our stay, and Greg provided tea and offered to check up on her when we left her in the hotel by herself for half a day. The hotel is a short walk from a small beach and town harbor and near several excellent dining options....
'Een grote en een kleinere slaapkamer. Grote kamer had een terras met mooi uitzicht op de rots van Monemvasia. Badkamer was okay. Alles erg netjes. Ontbijt had voldoende keus. The staff is lovely, Shontei, Hargiro, Nina, (I hope I wrote the names correctly) take care of you as a guest so that you will simply have a good time. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the hotel staff is quick to fix any problem. The view from the quiet private balcony is stunning in its beauty, the proximity to the most beautiful beach in the area, a 2-minute walk away, is worth it all. Coffee is free...
'Super leuke kleinschalige B&B. Heel vriendelijk personeel en prachtige ligging! Uitzicht op monemvasia en de zee. Wij hadden de panorama kamer. Formaat kamer wat aan de kleine kant maar super bed en kussens! Balkon groot formaat met uitzicht op zee. Zwembad heerlijk qua formaat en ligging. Fijne bedjes. Ontbijt was oke. Miste wel geroosterd brood omdat het gewone witbrood snel uitdroogt in de hitte en er was geen gebakken ei. Wel verse salade en fruit. Geen buffet maar werd naar je tafeltje...

'The hotel is situated at the very end of the town, away from the busy little streets at the beginning near the entrance gate. Very quiet both during the day and night. Because it is at the end of the town, it is quite a walk over the cobble stones with your suitcases, so pack light!
