'hip and modern great restaurant'

'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...

'Cleanliness was excellent.The only complain was the bed mattress high that was difficult to go to bed & there was no step to help going to bed.We asked for help but they couldn’t do anything.The noise from outside lasted for several hours I recognized there was no solutions,except to have room isolation.'
