'Overall a great little place to stay. House was very clean, nice yard for pets, and plenty spacious to host our family Christmas. The owner communicated very well and the price was good. It’s located in a good spot, within walking distance of two coffee shops, restaurants and fast food as well as the movie theater. Check-in was simple.'

'Never book this place! Spiders and nest all over. Fleas in house. Vents, ceiling fans, all windows, shower in cabinets, dirt, webs. Floors dirty, bedding dirty. Doors falling off when opened, closet in bedroom locked, nowhere to hang clothes. Paint peeling. Holes in bathroom by shower. no yard maintanance. Floor very unlevel. Threshold not secured. Towels were in cabinet dirty. I could write a novel on negative.'
