'Assez Bon emplacement pour les visites. Pb de stationnement dans pitelli. Propreté du logement très douteuse (douche dégueulasse, join de frigo ignobles, Micro onde sale...et j'en passe.). On a pas intérêt à casser de la vaisselle sinon on ne peut plus manger. Le logement sent le moisi et la wifi est restée à la 2G. Le propriétaire reste tout de même à l'écoute.'

'Our apartment was very comfortable, clean, and had a great shower in the bathroom - the best shower we had anywhere in Tuscany. Our host, David, was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our apartment was on the top floor and the stairs are very steep. However, it is located near the bottom of the hill coming from the train so you don't have to drag your luggage up the hill. 'Staff was wonderful. The room was clean and cute with an excellent location. The WiFi wasn't working and i had a problem with my phone service at the time so that was an issue. The staff put a phone in and let me use a hotspot so that was sweet. Ty for a great stay!'

'Sehr schöne Lage. Nettes kleines Häuschen mit ausreichend Platz für unsere kleine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (6 und 8 Jahre alt). Obwohl außerhalb gelegen, ist man sehr schnell in La Spezia, usw.Chiara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin mit vielen guten Tipps. Sie kümmert sich super schnell und gut um Fragen und Anliegen.'

'Overall very nice place and location. My only complaint is for the price they should invest in better towels, mattresses and pillows. It was a tough night sleeping in that old, very cheap, thin mattress and taking a shower and using those scratchy towels left you itchy. The rest was as expected. I think if they change those two things what they charge to stay there would make more sense.'
