'I cannot say enough good things about this house. The view is exactly what you see in the pictures, but better in person. The house is perfect. The location was so wonderful for all the excursions we went on and our group of 10 decided La Fortuna was our favorite place in Costa Rica because of this house, this view, and our time spent there. I wish we had more time there so we could've made use of the fire pit area, but unfortunately we were so busy with excursions the whole time we didn't even...

'We had a great stay with 4 guests. The property is about an easy 10-15 minute drive from La fortuna. We found the layout of the home to be very enjoyable. The host was very accommodating with some last minute scheduling changes we had due to issues with our flight. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area. '

'Very quiet little cabin, near all the activities and a few steps from the trails to the river. Being off season some of the amenities were out of service but we enjoyed the gardens and trails and the covered areas during the rain.'

'Cabañas Litos is a little Oasis in the middle of busy La Fortuna. They are accommodating and responsive. The property is well maintained and quiet. We enjoyed our 3 nights.'

'If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. For meals, we could cook right there (the Super Rosvil market is a short walk away) or we could go out to eat - there's Mario's place on the next corner for easy food, or an easy walk to downtown for lots of other options). Secure parking at the apartment beat trying to find parking in town. Maily was a pleasure to work with. The place was very comfortable and...

'My family and I had the BEST time!!! Patrick was awesome. He helped with arranging any tours we wanted, pointed us on where to eat, and where to go if we needed anything. The house was unbelievable. Plenty of space for the seven of us, gorgeous views...everthing we could ask for. And the daily breakfasts were sooooo good. I can't say enough good things about Patrick and the Red Sunset. It is truly the best!!!'
