She arranged travel and an activity for us, and was extremely flexible with our check out time. She also did our laundry for us ($4/kg) and it was cleanly folded when returned. 'The apartment was intimate, cozy, and overall clean. Check in was smooth and level of security was good. With all this said there were opportunities of improvement: 1. Unfortunately, there was an ink stained towel awaiting us in the bathroom. More towels were provided to us but yet again we found the same issue. 2. For there to be so much rain we didnt have any inside critters but there was leakage from the ceiling in the corner of the bedroom. We also noticed broken/ missing window curtains....
