'If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. For meals, we could cook right there (the Super Rosvil market is a short walk away) or we could go out to eat - there's Mario's place on the next corner for easy food, or an easy walk to downtown for lots of other options). 'Property is very close to downtown. Walking 1 to 2 km in this town is normal distance. We moved around with rental car. House/condo is very clean and rooms are nice. Kitchen has mostly everything you need. Our family loved it. Alao they recommended very nice Mexican restaurant and a local shop for empanada which were the best. '

'It was a real pleasure to stay at MotMot rooms. The room was clean, safe, had a refrigerator and a washing machine and all the kitchen tools needed to make food in the room.
