Casa Monica is located in the historic center of Arenzano with a view of the typical Ligurian carriages. Here you will stay in a strategic location: the sea a few steps away and the best of the country at your fingertips. Shopping, bars and restaurants can be found all along the path that leads to the waterfront. In summer, the offer is enriched with a succession of unmissable shows and entertainment. This house is also convenient for those arriving by train because it is located on the path that leads from the station to the sea. For those arriving by car, being in the pedestrian area, you can stop briefly in the nearby Piazza Zembi to unload your luggage. Due to its characteristics, this house is recommended for couples of young friends.
THE SPACE (description of the house)
Casa Monica is located on the second floor without elevator of a typical Ligurian building and to get to the floor you have to face a series of rather steep flights of stairs. The space of 40 square meters consists of a kitchen equipped in an open space with the dining area, a very spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed. In this room there is a TV. The bathroom with shower has a window with sea view. The house can accommodate 3 people.
Air conditioning and bed and bathroom linen are included.
Free parking nearby or in blue areas for a fee.
Pets are not allowed.
It is not allowed to smoke and organize parties,
