Casa Ennio is a modern and graceful two-story apartment that is part of a villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps six people. From Casa Ennio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. Casa Ennio is 85 square meters (915 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, a private terrace, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Arezzo, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 700 meters (770 yards), a grocery store at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles) and the bus stop at 900 meters (2950 feet). You will reach Casa Ennio from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately five steps.
To stay at Casa Ennio you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.
Casa Ennio is tended by the owner, who resides in an apartment that is part of the villa.

As guests of Casa Ennio you will be able, upon request and for a fee, to take part in cooking classes or to hire a personal chef for dinners or lunches.


Cooking lessons can also be attendend by external guests, they are held in a kitchen on the ground floor of the villa reachable from the first patio.
Terrace
The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan hills, of the forest and of the greenery.
Patio 1
The first patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with wood benches and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery. The patio is occasionally crossed by the people attending the cooking class.
Garden with jacuzzi pool
You will reach the garden from the villa going down a route that includes approximately 15 stairway steps. The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated inflatable jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (it has a diameter of 9.8 feet). The jacuzzi pool is open from mid-June until the end of October. The garden is partly shaded by tall trees and by gazebos. The garden is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with two sun loungers and an external shower. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.

The second patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with chairs.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a wood bench. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second patio.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a television (local channels). Here you will also find a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
First LevelBedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
The ceiling of the second bedroom is sloped and has an height of 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) at its lowest point. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room also has two large panoramic windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
