'From the moment we checked in, Giacinta was a gem to talk to, even with her broken English :). The apartment was very clean and the A/C worked great, specially after a busy day outside. Just a short drive to the historic district and also to some wineries and vineyards. Overall I will rate this place a 10 and recommend to anyone visiting Arezzo in the Tuscany region of Italy.'

'The room was a good size and had plenty of closet space. The bathroom needs some help. It’s tiny, even for European standards. A small shelf or shower caddy would be nice so you don’t have to bend over to pick up your shampoo in the shower. A towel hook would be nice too. Check in is complicated. 'We stayed in the apartment for two nights with a family of four. The apartment is in a great location that is walkable to all the main areas of Arezzo. Close to shops and restaurants and the main piazza. The apartment was clean and plenty of room for a family of four. The communication was great and very easy to locate the apartment from the train station and enter the building. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.'

'Absolutely a 5 star hotel suite. Big rooms. In a mixed use high rise building. A little off the beaten path. Found no problem with walking to the majority of the old town sites.'

'RIGHT NEXT TO very active RAILROAD TRACKS. First thing we saw in the very spare bathroom: ear plugs!! We only stayed 45 minutes and 3 trains went by. Address is incorrect [not Viale Michelangelo 142 but 140] we drove around 4 times and our GPS could not find it. I message the property (no answer). So I called, and the guy told me to type 140 and we finally found it]. The place was horrible; parking was not secure and the area was very sketchy. Elevator stunk, it was difficult to figure...
